What the flying f*** is going on with ROHvideos.com?!?

So back when they first launched this thing, I purchased Death Before Dishonor 6. After the download, I tried to burn it, and fail. I was confused, so I viewed it in the VLC or whatever, and discovered that it had no audio or even a dvd menu, nor did it even function like a normal dvd. So I shared it with ROHvideos.com...5 times over the course of 2 1/2 months. And got one response early on that went like this : "Will check link. If broken, I send new link." Sounds promising, I guess. So that was the last I heard from them, and that was back around 3/20-something. I then e-mailed ROHhelp@aol.com, and gave them the same story. There response, seem understanding of the situation but in short was "sucks to be you" because they have nothing to do with ROHvideos.com.

So I ask you, what would you do in this situation? What's the next step to take?

There has been no response again from either address when I email them. And seems like I'm going to be ignored and have $10 stolen from me.

Well, I'd say to keep harrassing the site in which you bought the video from. But also too, you can always just count your losses and move on. It sucks to lose money on something like this, but it would have sucked alot more had you have purchased like 5 or 6 or whatever amout of videos. Message them again, and if no results come from it, move in, and make sure you spread the word of this, this makes me wonder how many others got screwed like this.
